I feel like I'm grasping at straws trying to install this portal. Here's the current error I'm getting. Anyone have any ideas?

I ended up getting past this error by going to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Setup folder and copying the Microsoft.Crm.WebServices.dll to the GAC at C:\Windows\Assembly.
