Can not Schedule a Service - the "Requested Service Type" is empty.

Hi.

I had a lot of trouble installing, because our CRM is a non UK (Danish).

The last "problem" (I hope) is the "Schedule a Service". The page works, but the "Requested Service Type" dropdown is empty. It is probably because the portal can’t find the field in CRM?

When I try to crate, a major error appears - probably because the "Requested Service Type" is not filled out?

Can anyone help?

From documentation:

Note: the web portal will only provide a list of defined services from CRM where the keyword *WEB* is in the title/description of the service record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
