creating a lead in the CRM from the Customer Portal not working

I succeded to install the customer portal :-) , and I have access to the Home, Contact-Us, and Event Calendar pages. But I can not create leads throught the contact us page. I get no error message, simply the information is not created.

The page is displayed correctly, including the cats. If i forgot information, i get an error message. If y select a dog, I get an error message. But if everthing is fullfiled properly, i get no return when i click on Submit. Every fields are cleared, but the lead is not created.

Any ideas ?
