Stuck at License Agreement

I believe i have installed everyting correctly as i can access all new portions of the portal from the CRM.

when i open my customer portal i am now presented with a Microsoft Permissive License (Ms-PL).  However there are no buttons or links to get beyond the page.

any ideas?

There is no "microsoft permissive license (Ms-PL)" content anywhere in the portal code or portal content.  If you are seeing the MS-Pl, this would indicate that the IIS website or your networking has not been set up properly.  Did you create the websitefor the customer portal on a separate web server or directly on the CRM server?  Did you create the customer portal website pointing at the Installation/Website/Customer-Portal-R2/Website folder?  Are you sure you are browsing the right site (is your host headers on the site set up properly)?
