Portal Accelerator Customizations Needed

We just installed the portal accelerator and we're trying to figure out how to add additional fields to the case creation form and case view form.  Looks like the content mgmt interface is very limited and limited only to cosmetic changes.  

Does anyone know how to add fields through the content mgmt? 

Is there doumentation other than the Functionality and Admin giude?

Any suggstions as a workaround or different version of the portal we might consider?

The case form has a lot of functionality on it, and due to the additional functionality, and the limitations of the CRM views, we could not implement this with a dynamic CRM-driven form.  The form is a very basic standard asp.net web page that can easily be modified by a regular web developer.  If you want more automated forms, you can consider upgrading to the commercial version from Adxstudio and look to their CRM 2011 version that renders forms based on CRM's role-tailored form feature that is new to CRM 2011.
