Hello people!

I would like help to solve this problem, "An errror has occired content while saving you. You Been changes have not saved", which occurs when editing page in the Customer Portal CRM 2011.

I am also getting "An error has occured while saving your content. Your changes have not been saved."

I am getting this when I click the edit button (before I get a chance to edit).

In firebug I am seeing the following. However, if I login using a different userId, then the problem is not there. This was not happening a couple of weeks ago. In addition I am not able to edit the links on this page and firebug is giving the following "Unable to get weblink set service URI. Web links will not be editable. [editable.Entity.handlers.adx_weblinkset]".

filiz: I have not seen an 'authentication failed' message before.  Are you using Live ID or another authentication provider?  If Live ID, make sure you close your browser windows and start from fresh.  Also note that the content authoring capabilities are secured to members of a role and the name of that role is in the web.config file.  If you renamed your role, the CMS interface may no longer be functioning.

isaiassilva, this forum is for the CRM 4 versions of the portal - you should post your question to the dynamics labs solution forums here:  But in the meantime, do what filiz has done and get a capture of the request for /Services/Cms.svc.  We would need to see the error in order to troubleshoot why it is happening.

I am using the Adxstudio contact membership provider.

The new role was missing from the web config. Thanks for your help
