When I update case's title from MS CRM,  My portal don't show my changes.

I See changes after restart portal or if I change data from portal.

Please note that that information is only appropriate for the CRM 2011 version of the portals.  The codeplex site here is only for CRM 4.  The solution for CRM 4 is to locate the cache invalidation plugin in the assembly and manually register it in CRM 4.  I don't have a CRM 4 environment to walk throught the specific instructions.  The namespace you are looking for is in the Microsoft.Xrm.Client assembly and is Microsoft.Xrm.Client.Plugins.InvalidateCache.  I unfortunately don't have detailed documentation on this, and we likely won't as all of our investments have been in CRM 2011 for the past 18 months.
