please browse the site on the web server, or turn on custom errors for remote.  This will give you the real error message.  The current portal is set to deliver a custom error message which is more secure, but unfortunately hides the error message.  This is a standard ASP.NET mechanism, so feel free to search about how to customize the web.config for error message disclosure.
